Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services offered by Thai Health Massages in Switzerland. By using our services, customers acknowledge these GTC.

Services
Thai Health Massages offers professional Thai massages and related wellness services. A detailed description of the services offered can be found on our website and in our information brochures.

Making an Appointment
Appointments can be made either by phone, email, or online via our website. Appointment confirmation will be sent after booking. We ask for punctuality. In case of lateness, the booked time will be reduced.

Cancellation and Cancellation
Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time. For later cancellations or no-shows, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price will be charged.

Prices and Payment
The prices for the various massage services can be viewed on our website or on-site. Payment is due immediately after the treatment, either in cash or with major credit cards and electronic payment methods.

Liability
Thai Health Massages is not liable for injuries or health problems that occur in connection with the treatment, unless these are due to gross negligence on our part. Clients are obligated to inform us of any existing health restrictions or complaints before treatment.

Confidentiality and Data Protection
All personal data collected during the provision of services will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the purpose of administering the treatment. Disclosure to third parties will only occur if required by law.

Conduct in the Studio
Clients are obligated to behave respectfully in the studio. Any form of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or sexual solicitation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the treatment without refund of the amount paid.

Health Restrictions
Customers with health restrictions or conditions, such as acute injuries, infections, serious illnesses, or pregnancy, must inform the studio in advance. In some cases, we reserve the right to refuse treatment to avoid health risks.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on our website and will apply to all new contractual relationships from the time of publication.

Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions is the Canton of Solothurn. Swiss law applies.
